A rim lighting effect, possibly with a scrolling texture component.
This feature is set up for covering both your standard run-of-the-mill emissive rim lighting, as well as some more exotic texture effects, that are super useful for situations like spell effects/buffs on characters, shield effects, selection effects, and more. This effect can be used either purely with a tint color, or with an effect texture map.
